These terms govern the use of tourliv.ca, operated by Rizzo Capital inc. By browsing the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the site is, and what it is not
The site presents the TourLiv rental building at 202 Papineau Street, in the Hull sector of Gatineau. Its purpose is to inform you and to let you reach us.
The site is neither an offer to lease nor a commitment on our part. Completing the form does not reserve any apartment and creates no right. An apartment is reserved only when a lease is signed, after the file has been reviewed.
Prices, availability and promotions
Prices, availability, floor plans and promotions shown on the site may change without notice. An apartment shown as available may have been rented between the time the page was updated and the time you view it.
Prices shown are starting prices. The rent for a specific apartment depends on its floor, its area and its orientation. Some services, including electricity, are not included in the rent. Parking and storage are rented separately.
Promotions carry conditions, in particular as to the length of the lease. Those conditions are presented to you before any signature.
Images and floor plans
Photographs, renderings and floor plans are for illustration. Dimensions, finishes and layout may differ from the apartment actually offered. Only the documents provided with the lease prevail.
Ownership of content
The text, images, floor plans, trademarks and logos on the site belong to Rizzo Capital inc. or to its licensors. You may view and print them for your personal use. Any other use, in particular reproduction, distribution or adaptation for commercial purposes, requires our written consent.
Use of the site
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, not to attempt unauthorized access, not to transmit unlawful content, and not to use the form to send solicitations or automated messages.
The information you send us must be accurate. We reserve the right not to follow up on a request that is clearly false or abusive.
Links to other sites
The site may contain links to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their practices. We invite you to read their own terms.
Availability of the site
We take the necessary steps to keep the site available and current, without being able to guarantee it at all times. The site may be interrupted for maintenance or for a reason beyond our control.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Rizzo Capital inc. cannot be held liable for damages arising from the use of the site, from an error or omission in its content, or from its unavailability.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Gatineau, subject to the remedies available before the Tribunal administratif du logement.

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top of the page indicates the current version. Your use of the site after a change means you accept it.
